Latchmere ‘The Wedge’

We acquired this dilapidated site in 2018 at an auction and it took it through the planning process. We utilized the awkward space to create a corner scheme which neatly hugs its neighboring property while blending in. This also created natural closure to the end of the street elevation and an obvious corner to the existing urban fabric
